Ran/walked the Diamond Hill South course from a couple of weeks ago, using the MapRun app. Had the phone tucked into the FlipBelt on my hips, which worked well with my beaten up O pants - previous runs wearing slippery lycra leggings with it weren't so successful. GPS was a bit slow to register some controls, but I don't think 5-10 secs at my glacial pace added too much. Longest run since January (the bar is very low). 3 days recovery time. Yes Boss.
