Love this time of year.

Cycle 1:15:00 [3] 17.38 km (4:19 / km) +67m 4:14 / km

Cruisy pedal with Kerrie out to Kangaroo Flat along the creek trail. No coffee van at Gateway Park, so had to go through to Maccas! Beautiful morning.
Needed to check that my sore bits (tendonitis in elbow, arthritis (?) in thumb) could handle riding. So far so good. More next week.

Well, you can only fake it so far. We started today's session with a 2km jog... and I DNF'd. Did about a kay and a half, and not at all comfortably. :-(
