Street Run 36:00 [3] 5.27 km (6:50 / km)
shoes: ASICS Cumulus 18

Cancelled boxkick this morning (everyone was sick or away), Tim was last man standing, and he's crook as well. Went for a nice cruisy solo run in full daylight instead, and then met Tim for coffee. Wish I could do this every day.

Street Run 33:27 [3] 4.69 km (7:08 / km)
ahr:137 shoes: ASICS Cumulus 18

Out a bit later this morning (had to do a drop-off). Saw a bit more daylight, and my foot felt okay. Problem is that it usually starts aching a few hours later, so it's hard to tell. Anyway - using the newer shoes.

Note
(injured)

Decided to log this. For the last few weeks, the *top* of my right foot has been feeling bruised and sore. I'm tying my laces loose enough to almost slip out of, but last night it throbbed ALL NIGHT. Bottom of foot is also sore from standing wrongly on a sharp rock a couple of weeks ago. Retiring 3 pairs of shoes; bought 2 more on eBay today. Already had new Talons in a box.
Talons 824 km
Cumulus 615 km
Gel 1000s (work/walking) lots and lots
