Crusoe, course 2. Glasses kept fogging up, making life difficult. Went badly astray on the way to #4. I think I caught some unmarked tracks, went off the map ( or rather, under the DDW acknowledgement), and wasn't coping with the combination of no glasses = no distance vision, and steep terrain = sore back. Relocated eventually and got back on course. No noodles (sorry Neil).
4 PM

Note

13,330 steps.

Achieve It (boxHIIT) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: ASICS Electro 33 (pink)

Another 5000 steps. My back was being very uncooperative this morning, damn thing.
8 PM

Note

10,180 steps. The gadget buzzed as I walked in the door, and did a happy dance. Two days in a row. It's a streak!

Street Run 30:00 [3] 4.0 km (7:30 / km)
shoes: ASICS Cumulus 18

Had to take the new gadget (Garmin Vivosmart) out to get its steps up, since it clearly isn't smart enough to go on its own. It has a smart recording thing where it starts a run activity after 1 minute of what it perceives to be running. Not smart enough to realise that my 30-second stretching break is part of my run though. 5000 steps on the board before breakfast.
11 PM

Note

10,002 steps. And yes, I did walk up and down my house to get the last 50 steps.

Note

Stress levels spiked a high trying to log into Eventor to grab the last two 1pm slots before the foreign invaders wiped us out. FB login wasn't working, and who remembers their old username and password? Clue, not me.

Note

4761 steps. Hmmmm.

Bands month.

Note

8770 steps. New gadget. Also measures stress levels (low) and body battery (high). Will be interesting to track what happens on a bad day. :-/

Note

I was right about not recording many steps, apart from a short walk in the afternoon. For those of you who know Vincent, he's recently had a head gasket replaced (which means he can now go places without fear of blowing up), and we spent the afternoon unbolting the back seats and rails and getting him ready to carry MTBs inside the cabin instead of stuck out the back.

The back seat is now back on its rails out the front of my house under the verandah. We celebrated with tea and nibbles, neighbourhood watching. It's a very comfy seat!
