Lovely day for a run. Lovely straightforward course. I stuck to the tracks where it made sense to, and practiced my run form (foot strike, cadence). Much of the area had been burnt recently so there was clear visibility and not much undergrowth when I did run off-track.
One of those perfect days when everything comes together. :-)
