| London City Race.
Felt in total control for the first 18 controls. Made a small error at #7 as I went straight past the alleyway. Murry Strain went past me on the way to #10 but I was still in a really good flow. I didn't know that the Barbican was a housing area so didn't even realise it when I got there. I was expecting some sort of shopping area. Lost 30sec at #19 by the time I eventually got on the right level. Completely disorientated on the way to #20 losing at least 2 mins. Another 20 sec on the way to #21 but I finally got into the map after that and lost no more time. The Barbican lost me a lot of time but it was the same for everyone so no complaints. A really good course on an outstanding area with a great map. My garmin read 11.48km at the end.

Leg felt ok for the first 8 reps, then as we started the short one's the pain in my calf spread rapidly and I had to pull up. Painful now so a bit of ice is the order.
