Orienteering race 59:22 [4] 7.3 km (8:08 / km) +290m 6:47 / km
shoes: Adidas swoops 2

TVOC Kings Wood.
I really wasn't at the races today but with the tracks taken off the map, it made for an interesting event.
I made too many mistakes to go into but the mapping to the south pissed me off. Mid green on my map and light green on Dorte's. Completely threw me off and cost me 3.30 as I was able to run through it in the end!!!!

Orienteering race 57:39 [5] 8.6 km (6:42 / km) +10m 6:40 / km
shoes: Asics ds skyspeed 2

A really well planned course that kept you on your toes pretty much the whole way. We seemed to move into different areas very quickly without too much planning time which was good and there was only a small section in the middle of the race that was standard city race terrain.
Even though I didn't hit the more intricate areas very well they made the race very interesting and definately a race I'll come back too.
I prob lost a couple of minutes overall but the results were fair to be honest.
