Did the whole session with the pool buoy.
Leg ok to walk normally now but definitely no running.

Pulled my right quad playing 2 touch with the kids. Not good and painful to move.

shoes: Adidas swoops 2

A nice faster run on the Common as most of the controls were around the golf course. Still a few tricky one's where running at full speed would have caused mistakes. Managed to use the traffic lights well and was able to push a bit at the end when it was mostly on tracks.
