Sunday Mar 5, 2017 #

11 AM

running warm up/down 5:00 [1] 1.0 km (5:00 / km)
(injured)

On the way to the start my R calf started to get really tight but I made the decision to start at an easy pace and see what happened.
On the way to #3 it pulled enough that I had to stop.
It feels a lot better today with massage and a few baths so hopefully it will be ok for Sunday.
I think pushing off the wall on Friday night may have caused the problem.
