After feeling very tired for over a week with a cold I thought I'd turn up and sit in for an easy session.
WRONG. 1km TT
An ok warm up and then I got press ganged into leading the lane which I didn't think would be for long as I set off at a steady pace. Started to feel the burn early but was able to hold a decent enough pace that the others stayed on my feet for the entire time.
Really happy to hit 16.35 and knock 15 seconds off last time 8 weeks ago. I certainly think the training is working and that under 16 minutes is very do able.
