If it could go wrong, then it did.
Bent hanger arm getting bike out of car so no first gear, 1st puncture in a few years, bike fell over whilst fixing it so bent hanger again and left cleat wore out so couldn't pull up for the last hour!!!

Ripped a hole in my wetsuit and nearly didn't bother.
Nice to get a time on the 3 laps of Shepperton of 12, 12.30 and 12.20 with a minutes rest in between.
A bit of retail therapy when I got home cheerd me up.
