16.07 on the 1000 so 32 seconds quicker than last year and it felt good.
I love the build up in race week because every session seems to feel great.

Steady in and out of the hills.

The first hour was 4 min jog and 1 min walk. The last 30 minutes was with 5 min jog and 1 min walk.
Leg was fine throughout but I'd rather keep at this pace and get through the IM rather than risk going faster and getting injured again beforehand.
