I went solo so that I could sit on the back of the right groups. Felt good to the 2nd feed at 70 miles but then proceeded to work like an idiot to stay with a group to get the protection of the head wind. I should have let them go a lot earlier and picked up the next one. The last 10 miles were a grind.

Pretty good run with just a few 20 second errors on #12 and 15 so I'll take that. Lucky it wasn't hilly so yesterdays ride didn't affect my ability to run and I felt in control the whole way.

Steady swim session so good for recovery and I only started to cramp up on the last part.
