Orienteering 1:19:34 [4] 8.25 km (9:39 / km) +365m 7:54 / km

Wonderful area to run on even if slow going through the heather in places.
Dropped quite a bit of time on 3 controls where I didn't have a good AP but I still had enough energy left at the end.

Bike long 4:55:29 [3] 77.67 mi (3:48 / mi) +1312m 3:37 / mi

Long ride out to the Isle of Grain with Sher and Dave.
An enjoyable route through the lanes of Kent and I felt ok until Dave dropped the hammer on the flat section. I just couldn't hold his wheel so saw them both ride off towards the Kent coastline.
After a quick lunch break, we made our way back and the legs weren't too bad going up the hills which was nice but Sher dropped me AGAIN on the A20 decent.
A really nice way to end the summer hols.
