| Re ran the 2007 woc selection race at carse. It was reasonbly clean cant have lost more than 30s. It felt like a good race i was in control of the orienteering and was steady. But about 200m from the end i went over on my ankle. Hope its not to bad but i can walk fine so will strap it up and keep on trainning. |

Wont bother adding last weeks trainning properly. Lets just say it was good quality technical stuff. Followed by a weekend of racing at the spring cup. |
