| Woke up and went for an easy run. Felt awful. Had a drink when i woke up but was sure i must have been dehydrated. Got half way round and began to feel very dizzy. But managed to get home and after a few glasses of water began to feel better. |

| 200m x14 intervals with 40s rest. Did between 30s and 37s. Did it on a flat path. Didn't feel good while i was doing them, felt like i couldn't get my breath back quick enough, but did them and happy at that. |

| Easy run with my mum and ken. Great run one very long hill and lots of terrain running. Running down the hill through the trees was the most fun i've had on a run all year. |

| Run behind the house. Legs felt really bad until i got to the top of the hill then they loosend up. Other than that just a steady run. |

Selections came out today. Didn't get into anything :-( Not as dissapointed as i was with JWOC selections. Put it this way i wouldn't have selected myself after my preformance in italy trainning camp. However i won't let this get me down. Just keep to the same plan over the winter and come out better! |
