| SOL 6 at Inshricach. Legs were so dead but didn't feel sore just tired. So really struggled. Was working much harded to keep running than i should have been so my orienteering suffered. Some awful technique. Pretty dissapointing. But feel that it was more down to a poor physical preformance than poor basic technique. |

| Colour coded event on inshricach north. Legs didn't feel as sore today but my strength was PATHETIC! Haven't fallen over as much in ages. Could hardly lift my legs and technically wasn't great either. |

| Legs are still sore after ciurcits so thought i'd have a very easy day before the weekend so i could actually run. |

| Warm up before Fight with the night. Needed it so much. I don't ever think i've been as sore as i was today those ciurcits yesterday killed. Legs are just sooo achey and can't sit down properly, i feel like an old man, its awful! The warm up did its job though and loosened it off somewhat.
Also warm down the some control collecting.
I don't think i say that i'm still sick my colds gone but still have a bit of snot every so often so happy abou that. |

| Fight with the night race one arond kings buildings. Great little course half way between night o and a sprint race. Technically was good can't have lost more than 35s and most of that was on one control so happy about that. Managed to keep ahead of myself and have good exit routes. Physically my legs were shot after yesterdays ciurcits and i began to slow about three quaters of the way round. But still loved it. Night o rocks! |

| Setve's runners ciurcit. We started with strides and running drills then did lunges,lunges and more lunges. Lastly some situps. Work hard i felt and this morning my legs are so sore. Not used to half an hour of lunging. |

| Ran down to the gym then did 10km on the bike as a warm up before ciurcits. Feeling much better today. My cold is going and think i'll take it easy for the next 2 days so i get rid of it altogether. |

| Didn't do anything today really want to get rid of this cold. Also didn't really have time to train actually had to do my first bit of work and that coupled with a full day gave me hardly any free time. |
