4x2mins race pace with 3mins recovery in between. Aiming at getting the legs used to turning over again.
Legs felt horrible, probably after a too fast an easy run yesterday not giving them time to recover, and a very hot office which is pretty much a green house at 28 degrees, so I got roasted for 9 hours before running
