Temp on the green with jethro. Cut it short from 10km because foot began to be a bit sore. Really pleased i manged this though.
Big improvement. :)

Note

yesterday might have been a tad overdoing it. foot hurt a bit more than normal this morning so just walked into work. might run later if it improves throughout the day

Foot alright until the last 2km then it hurt a bit more

Still not running quiet right because of the foot. But lungs almost normal again and getting back to a more normal speed.
This did feel more difficult than I expected though

Random running around in the evening testing out my foot at going a little faster. No more painful than running slower but still hurts
