Woke up feeling like i was going to get ill. So was sensible to make up for last weekend and did nothing. I felt better the next day

Victoria Parkrun
Pleasantly surprised with this, parkrun PB, and reckon it might have even been a 5km pb (only 9s off) if it wasnt for having to weave through everyone for 1.5 of the 3 laps. Training must be working
