Run before Christmas night out. Calf feeling better than yesterdays and sort of loosened off through the run. A little bit less icy than yesterday - fingers crossed the ice and hard ground disappears soon

Urban night-o on an ice rink. Was trying a bit harder than the speed suggested and trying very hard to stay upright. Sort of fun because tonight was a proper score and I didn't get a good route for myself.

Also had planned to do more but got wet and cold then couldn't warm up so hid at home
