Kendal winter league in giggleswick.
Trying to see how I feel, and finding out i still dont feel 100% but getting there.
Course was a cross country / fell race hybrid and it was very snowy. Worked hard from the start and swam around in lots of lactic for the rest of it.

Too cold to warm up properly so spent most of the time hiding instead

Ilkley moor in the snow and mud with jack - who got his own back on me tonight as I struggled around.

Tack was cancelled tonight but there was a suggestion to do the session somewhere else. So I had a longer than preferred run over to reps in a snow storm.

8x (2.5mins on / 1.5mins off) round a nice twisty turny trail
Worked nice and hard and was getting around 790m each rep.
Also track runners really cant corner
