Tried to run today as I thought I was feeling a bit better. Felt alright for 10mins chest was a bit strange feeling. Then I started to feel very tired, then I had a wee coughing fit, then I tried to run again and felt so tired I had to walk the 3km home. Disaster

Again after getting up to get the 5am train to get to Glasgow for work, which is part of the fortnightly routine, I felt very tired and started to feel ill throughout the day and developed a cough. Exactly the same as last fortnight :( So didn't do any training today.

Legs tired but got through it
