I managed until 3/4s of the way through the third 3min rep then tweaked a hamstring a bit, so hd to stop. Legs still tired after POM the rets of me alright

Post POM rest day
A far more successful POM than I was expecting. Managed to run all the days, and didn't feel to ill. But importantly salvaged some WRE points which means I should be back up to 4 scores after the JK and not get first start if I manage to get selected for an international race this summer.

I still do feel not 100% though and a bit tired. In general since this year started and I got flu the first week of Jan I have felt like I haven't quiet ever fully recovered. I haven't felt 100% and have carried a sore chest for most of the next month, felt like I just haven't had the time to recover from being ill properly and have just gone on with things instead. Now I'm hoping that that might change - but I'm not expecting it to be perfect, feel that the next while is pretty busy so will just have to try to balance my life a bit better

Feeling very tired today and just sort of got round. Had no energy to navigate so the o was not great instead just sort of followed others and got home

Went out hard lasted for 25mins, then by 30mins walked home - body is pretty fucked after yesterday. O was once again alright.

Got round - was a very simple sprint
