12x400m with 70s jog to get 200m as the rest between reps

Hamstring didn't complain, just aware it still doesn't feel as strong as it should. Never felt flat out because of this, so very satisfied with the times.

Mass start night o, 8.8km course
Great turnout and really good field, loads of snow.
My first experience of a proper night mass start. Learnt some good stuff, while managing not to finish

Night-o from Hellas club hut, in a balmy -15C. Snow was deep and took some getting used to, o was also pretty kack

Work to station, I like it is now bright enough to not have a head torch but still feeling far to tired
