Didn't feel hamstring on the sprint, think the combination of a good warm up and having to think hard helped.
Felt it on the long today as a sort of tired crampy feeling in places

Some better o today, felt in control a lot more and was doing a lot more map reading. Still a good minute lost but some good feedback on getting the right balance of techniques.
Issues with some compass at the start then tiredness at the end. Generally good discipline.
Legs were pretty tired after yesterday and just kept going at the one pace I had.

Trying to get some good orienteering going, worked for 70% of the time. Felt like I didn't have the concentration for it, and a bit tired after the previous night

Ran these all hard with varying degrees of technical success. Compass at night still not what it needs to be. But feeling strong in the terrain when I got moving.

Running beforehand and collecting controls.
Generally feeling a bit tired post work travel
12x400m with 70s jog to get 200m as the rest between reps

Hamstring didn't complain, just aware it still doesn't feel as strong as it should. Never felt flat out because of this, so very satisfied with the times.
