Note

Got a pain in my foot on the warm down after the 5km. Was worried it had stress fracture potential bit think it is just tendon / muscular in the foot. Bur will continue to monitor

Eventually dragged myself out for this. Legs started to feel alright half way round as well. My guess is I will be back to feeling normal post JK by Saturday.

Run round Bingley, with 6 sprints and 2 hill sprints. Had planned some tempo running but did not have the energy for it

JK Relays
Been looking forward to this for a while. Thought AIRE had a good medal chance. Started in 3rd with Willy just behind.
Really didn't enjoy the whole experience, felt very tired had no legs for all the course, felt in the mud and couldn't read my map from control 2. Tried my best to keep fighting with Willy but he had me physically toady by a mile. Still very happy with a team Bronze and great work from joe and jack to make a strong team.
