Nav not great in the circle but worked hard and planned head alright
Was meant to be a warm up for British nights next week but BMI are now no longer an airline so I will be stuck in Denmark. Pretty disappointed to miss that race

Drew some circles on the Malham map and went for a day out.
Had an amazing day, sun was bright and no wind, running in a t-shirt.
Did about 85mins of o and another 45mins of terrain running. Then the rest was on paths to and from the car

I think it was less wet today and legs felt brilliant so I was moving. It would be nice if all running felt this easy.
