Long run exploring a different side of esbjerg. Very nice sunny morning. Found a hill bhigher than 15m, it must have been at least 20m high and therefore had 4 different downhill mtb tracks on it.
4.30s for the first half then tried to progress it a little after that
5x1km @ 3.40min/km
3x400m @ 65s
6x200m @ 30s
Was tired tonight so just messed about. Didn't fancy the 10x1km @ 10km pace. So just stayed with the group for the first 5, then did some shorter faster stuff. About 90s rest between reps
