Session of 17mins out then back thr same distance in 16mins on an undulating route. 3.25s on the way out then 3.15s home, about 50m short or getting back to the starting point.
First warm sunny evening this year made it a pleasure to be out. Lungs good but legs still not ready to go much faster than that
O shoes on and terrain loops. Not having done intervals the day before meant I started bit too fast. So first 30mins at 6min pace (3.52s) for the loops and last 30mins at 6.30min loop pace (4.11s)
Only realised in the warm down n how much that first 30mins took out of me., felt a bit gone afterwards
Trying to squeeze something in today. Since it a atueaday I had planned to run fast. But after 1km of attempting that I realised that the last 5 days have caught up to me, so I just did a short jog instead
