Note

Big AP update for the last week after having a chilled out week not thinking about training seriously following BOC.

Also... Does anyone have a spare race vest I can borrow for jura in two weekends time?
10 AM

Run 2:44:27 [3] 19.02 km (8:39 / km) +1910m 5:45 / km

Amazing day to do some jura training: shorts tshirts and sunshine.
From arrochar to the cobbler-narnain-ime-narnain and back to the car.
Was a lovely day out but came to the realisation at around 2hours that I am not very hill fit. So another weekend of this needed to make jura an enjoyable experience at least.

British Relays
Got the perfect set up going into last leg with a 30s lead, following great runs from Dane and Joe. GG 30s and sasha 45s behind.

Area was very scrappy so I was careful to try to find everything, and check codes. Even doing this I had a few 10s wobbles in circles. This meant sasha caught be two thirds of the way round. Then we both messed up the gaffle the end of the long leg, but time a bit less so and he got a clear lead. From here was a bit gutted and just got to the finish line round all the dead running at the end. Only to find out that euoc had MPed and Aire had won their first British relay champs in 41 years! Great feeling to win for aire but a little bittersweet as sort of got overtaken into 2nd.
