Went up a snowly Ben vorlich with bry.
Amazingly clear day with great panoramic views of snow covered tops. And a good amount of snow at the top itself so got some fun descending in the snow in.
Hip survived but wasn't loving the running and was pretty tired and grtight by the end

Hip still feels sore when running, but better than yesterday, nd no worse as the run continues.
Going to try and do a proper slow run with bry tomorrow and see how it holds up

Note

Fell pretty much in the last 10s of my morning run while turning a corner. Some slippy leaves got me into a glamourous starfish position on the pavement.
Gave my hip and knee a bash and hoped it would loosen off on tonight's run. It didnt so had to turn back after 100m of limping along.
Will try to cycle tomorrow morning and see how that feels
