Around Guelph Lake, where Earl and I headed for an impromptu adventure last night! With many of the conservation areas and provincial parks closing for camping in a couple of weeks, we need to get out as much as possible now! And it was such a beautiful night!

I set a goal for number of Earl sleeps I wanted to have this year and I'm coming up quite short of it, so I may be sleeping in him in my driveway for most of October.

I've given my legs and injuries a bit of a rest since I've gotten home from Colorado. This lovely run felt great in the cool morning air and with fresh legs. I saw a great big coyote coming out of the woods!

Tried a 90-minute Moksha yoga class with a friend. Haven't done 90 minutes in awhile and it definitely felt like it was longer than an hour.
