Hockley main and side trail run with Mrs. Tiny. Such a glorious day to be out on the trails!

This week has been the most running I've done in a week since April. It was all feeling pretty good but partway through this run it had definitely had enough so I will back off a bit on it this week.

First day of a ten week program at Depth. Lots of talking today and not as much working out as I would have liked but I am excited for the consistency (but not the three early mornings a week!).
