This morning was kind of a cool workout. You did 3 sets at each of the 8 stations, with a 5 exercise core routine after each one.

Touring around the MTB trails with Greg at Albion. Tons of damage from the recent ice and wind storms made for careful riding in places as you never knew what you were going to see flying around a corner!

Greg D. had wanted to do the Hockley loop for awhile but every time we had planned it, the weather was crappy. We had tentatively planned a short backpacking trip in Algonquin but that was kaiboshed by the fact that the trails weren't open yet due to the late winter. The forecast was great, albeit a bit hot, for a Hockley loop on Saturday morning. Moving time is approximate as I didn't wear a watch and we took a few lovely snack breaks in the sunshine.

Legs felt good for the first half but were tired by the second part. I always hate the section after Hockley road so next time will get that over with first! So many people out enjoying the beautiful day!

Beautiful fuck yeah sunrise trail run at the Hydrocut with perfect conditions and 100% chance of making me a better person for the rest of the day.

Mrs. Tiny and I had our first ride of the season out at Puslinch. Perfect conditions and trails were in great shape!
