Run Woodstock - Part 1

Friday night "natural" run which is one of my favourite parts of this weekend! Beautiful perfect night to be running around with a headlamp and shoes, and not much else! ;-)

We enjoyed a well-earned rest day after the Pemi Loop and spent Friday collecting beer from our favourite breweries! Then we headed to Waterbury to visit some beloved watering holes.

Saturday we went up Camel's Hump, which we've done a couple of times before but in December and February, so it felt like a new trail at this time of year. Because it was a nice day and long weekend, lots of other people had the same idea! We took the long route up via the Long Trail and really enjoyed both hiking and scrambling without our large packs on! The summit was crowded so we didn't stick around too long, and took the shorter route back down, making a fun loop and a great last outdoor adventure on the trip!
