Stephania and I ran the Spring Run-Off in High Park as part of her birthday celebrations. We kept the pace conversational and enjoyed every moment of the beautiful day!

Tonight I learned the difference between hopping, matching, and foot switching when you need to move from one foot to another on a small hold in order to be able to reach up to the next hold. We practiced on a few different bouldering routes, including two where you had to rock down and back and blast off! to reach the next hold. I thought it was cool as it was something I'd never have the guts to try on my own. Felt like I learned a lot tonight!
