Trekking/Hiking 1:15:00 [2]

With my nieces and nephews using the super cool DGL map for Halton Forest. The girls in the family really took to the navigation aspect, with an unfortunate pattern of shrieking aloud yelling, "I see the flag, I see the flag!" by about the third control.

Running 40:00 [3]

I always say I can handle dark or cold in the morning, but not both! I had planned on a treadmill run this morning but when I went to put the garbage out, found it that it was 16C! I threw some shorts and a t-shirt on and headed to Bechtel to run some laps. It was soft and mucky and fun and I saw an opossum!

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Biking with nephew Hudson on his sweet new ride that he got for his birthday in January. From his house we can ride the Grand River trail to Chicopee with no road riding required. We absolutely did not bike into Chicopee to ride the ramps and stuff.

On the treadmill because I really wanted to watch Karel Sabbe's Barkley film, and I always save inspirational stuff like that for treadmill time. It did not disappoint, and I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for a way to pass some time indoors!

Yoga (Other) 26:00 [1]

I've been really enjoying a YouTube yoga teacher called Yoga With Adriene. She's got hundreds of videos, most between 20-30 minutes in length, and it seems that whatever part I am looking to stretch out, I can find a video for it! This morning was "Yoga for Tired Legs."

Made the most out of staying home by taking advantage of a cold, but glorious day for a few hours on the Bruce Trail. Ran a bit, but my hamstrings were sore AF from my workout Friday, which impacted my already tight hips and it was clear early on that hiking was the way to go!

I am officially through Hamilton now, which felt like it lasted forever, and left off on the other side of Dundas Valley CA, which was full of people enjoying the beautiful day.
