Orienteering race 1:10:00 [2]

Took my oldest nephew to do the day O-Cup at Pinehurst. I'd never orienteered there before but thought it would be a fun area to do so. As a 12 year old boy, Finley's handicap is 6, but he wanted to stay together so he had to do mine. He's really good at staying connected to the map. He didn't love the uphill bushwhacking, but I'm going to try to convince his mother that some proper trail shoes would help with that!

Touring around the New Hamburg Crown Land trails on a beautiful morning. My only regret was wearing a long sleeve shirt instead of a short sleeve!

Back to Turkey Point on Sunday morning after experiencing what a wild Saturday night in Simcoe looks like. Browner planned our route and it was just as fantastic as the day before. One of those rides that you just didn't want to end! So great to see so many happy grateful people out enjoying the sunshine and warm weather!
