First set of officially authorized yogs, after my physio gave me the go ahead to start adding this in slowly. I did admit that I'd already 'dabbled' with jogging already and he told me he would pretend he didn't hear that.

We had less luck with the weather today, but I thought it was the universe providing us with some very Scottish conditions to practice in. We started at Petun where we finished the day before, and hiked to the end of Maple Lane just past Blue Mountain. I was nervous about it being slippery because of all of the rain, but it wasn't too bad. Today featured a bit more road walking and a lovely doubletrack section through Scenic Caves. We ran into Bob and Shannon out for a bike ride, which was a fun coincidence!

My heart rate was notably lower today, which I imagine is half due to being less anxious about the route and half due to not having a hangover as I did the day before!

We still have 1-2 km to finish this section, which we are aiming to do the day after Summit 700. A very fulfilling weekend, and a nice way to take my mind off the stresses of moving!
