In gym strength session. I learned to do the deadlift and clean and jerk (sorta). Ouch!

Skate warmup cooldown. Hurting from the strength (due to a time conflict I had to do it first) and from working on technique yesterday.

2x(3x4:30) uphill skate intervals. Hurting, but sticking to it.

Skate technique day. Apparently I need to get my feet a bit wider and stop clicking my heels. I worked 30min no pole and slowly added the poles back in.
