Long classic rollerski. Had trouble aiming for level one because of slow skis and a fast skiing partner. Overall this was a decent rollerski, but damn I hope we get snow in this next storm.

Skate rollerski at Mendon Ponds. 5x3min intervals at 10k race pace. Not feeling super snappy but still put in a decent tough workout.

Early AM classic double pole. Tried to work in snappy technique while keeping pace low. Avg hr = 125.

Low intensity run.

Run to Cobb's hill to do hill bounding intervals. 4x bound up hill, easy down, and sprint across lower fields.

Search for snow in Rochester. Ended up going out to Harriet Hollister park only to find glare ice. Tried some double pole on it, but gave up and did a pole walk/run. Still recovering from Nationals.

Completely beat up from nationals. Taking the day off.
