Sunday Jan 20

Event: ROC - Ski-O at Mendon Ponds Park

Skiing race (Skate) 22:18 [5]
Harry Eldridge 7.5k free. Good race effort and paid attention to hills/transitions. Downhills still a bit sketchy.
Skiing 1:10:00 [2]
Warmup/cooldown
Note
Did not do ROC ski-o because there was no snow in Rochester and better skiing races in Lake Placid

Saturday Jan 19

Skiing race (Classic) 35:18 [5]
Harry Eldridge memorial classic race. Quick 3-lap course without much of a rest. Hills were icy and a little dangerous. Lots of doublepole. Decent race, but honestly I wasn't feeling like I was in top racing mode this weekend.

Friday Jan 18

Running 30:00 [1]
Easy shakeout run. Will be traveling home tonight for Placid races. No snow in the Roc right now, but it better look good when I get back. Or else...

Thursday Jan 17

Note
Day off. Didn't even get up to cook dinner tonight. Well I did bake some muffins...

Wednesday Jan 16

Skiing 1:15:00 [1]
Even though we didn't get any additional snow, just the fact that they rolled the trails made a huge difference (as long as you watched out for the grass peaking through). I went for a pretty good classic ski today that included 20min no pole, easy technique work, and agility stuff.

Tuesday Jan 15

Skiing 20:00 [2]
Woo snow again in the city. Doesn't mean that it's all that skiable yet, but I did my best to mess around on it. Yay snow ^_^
Running 45:00 [3]
After the fun ski, I went trail running and hill bounding.

Monday Jan 14

Running 1:00:00 [1]
ahr:128
Long low key run. Legs are tight, but I was still having a pretty good time.
Strength 10:00 [3]
Abs!
Note
It's finally snowing in Rochester!
