| Meant to do some intervals, but right from beginning couldn't keep my hr in a reasonable range. I was averaging 156, and my l3 intervals are only supposed to be like 4 beats over that. I didn't feel that great, so I musta killed myself between the racing/traveling/stressing out about work. |
