Double poling in the heat until my ferrule melted off my pole. Then it was no pole it back to Alex's house. Ouch.

Bike ride with Colin and Alex. Most of this was pretty easy, but some of the hills my hr went a bit high.

Meant to do some intervals, but right from beginning couldn't keep my hr in a reasonable range. I was averaging 156, and my l3 intervals are only supposed to be like 4 beats over that. I didn't feel that great, so I musta killed myself between the racing/traveling/stressing out about work.
