| interesting to note that the fatigue is advanced at this point. After finishing hard workouts, and the last tri, I feel heart tired. I note this so that I will know the turning point if I soon get sick, or I achieve very high levels of performance, either way the fatigue ha definitely advanced. I still feel relatively fresh at the start of each workout, with some muscle soreness, but I'm not dragging myself through anything at this point. |
