hard push, felt tired but strong, building up some very good fatigue

interesting to note that the fatigue is advanced at this point. After finishing hard workouts, and the last tri, I feel heart tired. I note this so that I will know the turning point if I soon get sick, or I achieve very high levels of performance, either way the fatigue ha definitely advanced. I still feel relatively fresh at the start of each workout, with some muscle soreness, but I'm not dragging myself through anything at this point.
