Out Fassina to Hilldale all the way to the pavement ends (good hill there) (on the way back i hit 50km/hr down the hill). Then out John st rd. all the way to Mapleward down Mapleward to Oliver and then back Mapleward and back John st rd.

Was expecting to do 11hrs of training this week but due to many long days with early mornings and tiredness it didn't happend. Too bad. Try for next week. A bit tired today too from lack of sleep.. oh well

At Centennial - late afternoon - slept in late and then some company.

30min warmup - then 5 min on 5 min off fr 1 hour. - the 5 minutes was like75%-80%. and then 30 minute cool down.

Was going to try to do a run today but my legs were too sore from the track meet still. Ran about 9 minutes of the cool down because of the bugs.

Running (Lappe Track Meet) 1:30:00 [4]

50m, 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1500m and 3000m.

All in one night. Not a sprinter. Even felt crappy the 800m (I think that I wasn't running my own pace I was running someone elses). Then the magic hit me. 1500m was nice and 3000m was good too. felt crappy at about the 5 lap mark but just wanted to finish. Good night. Glad there was a good turn out

9kms through pure bush today with Ricardo. From 11:30-3:45. Counting it as 20 minutes. There was some running portions too.

Wtih warm-up and cool down. Did laddar workout - 2 laps warmup with stretching and then the workout (1,2,3,4,3,2,1) and then 2 laps cool down. Hard. tired

Ok. A good 1hr pre run (fairly good tempo) around the blue and red. Run all hills. And a 30 easier cool down back to parking lots along yellow and red

Up the mother to the spot where we stop for 10 times to hell (2/3 way up) about 6 times. With a brisk walk down.

Armstrong today for Bear Hair Assessment. From 6 - 10:30. Had breaky and dinner there. Started stations at 11:30 and ended at 5:15. Got 19 hits outta 20. Saw 24 bear, 2 moose, 2 fox, a wolf, a bunnie and a chicken. Walking in the bush but not anything major.

Lost all games (me and Evan) even though we played fair and Paul made stupid rules. The last game was just sickk though. I was sinking them one after another .. but we still lost.

rest - tried to do Values training today in field but made it past the falls and we got turned around. Most highways closed . Saw the falls - coolest thing I have ever seen. Came home and was tired. Nap tonight. Packing for training camp.

- SEM training with Ricardo in some bush 8 km past Whitefish. Less than 2 kms of walking and the biggest blisters I have ever conjured on my heels. Fricken gross and painful. Then on the ride home we found 1, possibly 2, ticks in the truck .. I then lost it. Went back to office and strip searched. Then went home , and showered. Blisters were so painful that I said screw running to bingo. Ktown phoned and I needed to go in. Needless to say I got off at 10:45. 45 minutes pass my bedtime.

With my mother out John to Mapleward. Heartrate didn't go over 150 on way there and didn't hit 135 on way back.
