Centennial Park. Saw the XC runners. Walked the blue and then the red. Then back. Not super hard. Kinda tired.

Bike (road) (to Gmmie's) 40:00 [3] 12.0 km (3:20 / km)

6 kms there , 6 kms back. To Gmie's right by Churchill (took road way there and bike path way back) On way back a headwind. Took fast way there and slow way back. Took me longer way back. Loving the clipless!

3km Uphill time Trial

Was not looking forward to this time trial as I am not in shape.

Went out at a good pace but would slowly fade on the uphills. At the mail box I was 11:58 and all the sudden I was like woah I might be able to be close to my PB. But then I died in the last km and felt like I have never before. 17:35 was the result ... about 45 seconds faster than my PB. Unfortunate but I will take what I am given right at them moment.

2 km run there (15 min)

and then 54 min ~ 1hr run back to ski center from intersection with the "team" - me and todd

Bike (road) 1:10:00 [3] 28.0 km (2:30 / km)

With mom and dad. A family ride. From the Neebing out HWY 61 to McCluskey drive then down there onto 130 then onto Hanna then onto Candy Mountain, past the Staal's house, on to Gillespie's and back on the HWY to the Neebing. Just leisurely but hard enough to call it a workout.

Tried out my new socks and helmet and clipless pedals!!! yes that is right ! got them today. love them. did not pull a "LAURA" though

Trail Run at Kamview

30 minute warm up - run part f the course.. not the upper stuff and then some stretching and then more run warmup.

Race - 6km - Ugg- Good start but then just felt Monday and didn't really push. Not really breathing hard at the end.

Short cool down / hobble cause we were so sore.

Upper and some Middle Shebandowan today in the Alaskan with Hailey and Rod. Best field day so fair. All signs were good. Long day thou (10hrs) and tired when got home from being in the beautiful weather all day long.

Trail Clearing at Danielle Lake today with AYWEPs and Dennis. 4 hours of clearing. Then went to Jessie to see what Fire had done. what a beauty ..
Tired when got home and grouchy. visit poppa and then was going to workout but super tired. No longer in my routine and no time to relax. I just wanna sleep in my bed.

Centennial Hill Workout with RS

20 minute walk in

1hr on hills (Mother)
- all reps were 75 -80% (3:30, 3:43, 3:46, 3:36, 3:29, 3:23, 3:18, 3:13)
- very hot and humid

Walk back. Hot and tired. (30 minutes)

Running warm up/down 10:00 [3]

Was going to run in and out for the warm-up/down but was too hot and hard so I started walking after 10 minutes

2hr hill workout at Centennial Park - with Katherine.

Walk from parking lot to Mother via the red trail and then cut on to the yellow.

Hillworkout - Up the hill about 7 -8 times. All at a fairly good tempo with 1 easy one on about the 4th time up.

Walk back to car.

Kamview Trail Run

30 minute warm-up with RB and BB. Walked for the first km or so.

The race - coulda been better. Ran about 15 seconds faster than last time. Wasn't motivated after the 1st lap. 27.25

30minute cool down alone around Kview trails.

Centennial Park - legs a tad sore from bike yesterday but that didn't start to hurt until 50 minutes in. Very humid.
