Centennial Park. It hurts trying to get back in shape. Actually considering the amount of nothing I have been doing this summer quite a good run. Ran ALL the hills :). Yellow then Blue then Red to Trowbridge "junction" then back through the yellow then the exercise trails to make it 9kms.
Read my old training log (was initially looking for 3km and 5 km time trial times) - which were 15:59 and 20:07 respectively (not too shabby!) - and realized how decently in shape I was and how sorry my fitness side of life is right now. How depressing. Makes me want to actually go for a run.
