Centennial Park with LI. Ran to hill and she had to stride so I ran up about 10 times and then did 5 minutes of core and ran back to parking lot.

First "L". The other team was mostly guys and it was really close for both sets. Had some really good tips up at the net, but none of my serves made it over. 3-1

Better than first time. 10 minute crawl warmup . Then 15 minutes arms and legs only. Then the rest crawl.
