Ski (Skate) 2:15:00 [3] 30.0 km (4:30 / km)
just like yesterday cept colder. perfect
6 times the 5kms loop
1st lap - 20:39
2nd lap - 22:00
3rd lap - 22:46
4th lap - 22:57
5th lap - 21:11
6th lap - 21:56
slower than yesterday. stopped a couple times, to talk to people (liz, grant, judy) and went inside to put on more clothes but I stopped my watch then. It was nice to get a little break though.

Wow. Lappe
All that needs to be said for skiing today . Like -3 or -4. Beautiful. New snow falling. Just lifa, long sleeve and vest and headband. WOW.
Did 4 times 4.6 + both S turns and Maaritta's loop
and then the pond again to make it 30kms
Did it in 2hh15.
Glasses would have been the only other thing to make this ski better. And of course my bteamers.
